Craig Beaman is our founding Pastor. He previously served as Pastor of Fellowship Baptist Church in Weatherford for three years. He has also served as the Interim Pastor for churches in Parker and Wise Counties.
He previously served for five years as an Associate Pastor in Fort Worth. After a thirteen-year stint away from vocational ministry and working secular jobs, he was called to serve as the pastor of Bethel Baptist Church in Weatherford for six years. Craig is passionate about helping people connect the dots between the Bible and everyday life. Connecting the dots helps people see the relevance of God’s Word for today so they can apply the Bible and become more like Jesus.
Craig serves on the Executive Board of the Parker Baptist Association and maintains the Parker County National Day of Prayer website. He blogs at Psalm34‑8. You can follow him on Facebook and X/Twitter. His side job is developing websites for his website development and consulting business, All-In Web Services. Craig enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with friends and family.
A graduate of Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, Craig also graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and claims he taught fellow students Michael Jordan, James Worthy, and Sam Perkins how to play basketball. We all know that’s not true though! 🙂
Pastor Craig is married to Amy and they have two adult children.
